I don't like choosing sides in these kind of situations.

I'm not mitigating what Moak did/did not do, but very little seems to fit when all this has allegedly been going on for a LONG time.

The fact that Moak isn't defending his integrity says that he's either guilty of the accusations at hand, Has taken certain measures to remedy the situation, or, for the sake of humor, has somehow orchestrated a grand scheme to shake people up.

This is pure speculation of course. I like to play devil's advocate.

crunch i have no problems with you at all. i understand your sayin what you feel and i know that your moak friend. but this whole thread should let you or anybody for that matter know the kind of person he is .

By saying you're going to go to his house and "get" your stuff, you imply that if he refuses you'll still find a way to get it. Then you say that you'll definitely get your stuff no matter what. So, whether you implied physical harm or not, your post still seems to suggest that if he refuses to give you your stuff at the door and ignore you all together then you'll do something about it.

So like I was saying...If he DOES refuse all together, you might as well just pack your shit up and carry your ass back home. You can't do anything by going there and somehow willing him to give you your stuff without using physical force. I myself would tell you to fuck off and get off my property. So you really can't do shit.

The best thing for you to do is to file claims and try and find ways to get your money back through Paypal. Some people have already suggested that, but you've spent the whole time making empty threats and trying to act like a badass on the net. Which, we all have learned, is a dimwit thing to do.
